 The Pensacola Garden Center is the perfect place for your special event!

Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests standing or 150 guests with table seating. It features a catering-ready kitchen and provides tables and chairs for your convenience. We offer room setup tailored to your specifications at no extra charge. Additionally, our stage measures 20 feet wide at the front, 16.5 feet wide at the back, and 10 feet deep, making it ideal for any event. Explore our gardens, grounds, patio, and stage to find the perfect setting for your event.

Rental Rates

Our rental options include a Saturday rental for $1,800 plus 7% tax, and a half-day Friday combined with an all-day Saturday for $2,400 plus 7% tax. You can also rent our venue on Friday or Sunday for $1,440 plus 7% tax, or Monday through Thursday for $1,200 plus 7% tax. All rentals are available from 8 a.m. to 11p.m. We are proud to offer a military discount. Please note that prices are subject to change.

Rental Terms

A security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned within 30 days if the facility is undamaged and there are no contract violations. One half of the rental fee is due upon signing the contract, with the remaining balance due one month before the rental date. Please note that this rental fee is non-refundable. Alcohol may be served at your event, but selling alcohol requires a liquor license.
