The Perfect Place for Your Event!

Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests standing or 150 guests with table seating. It features a catering-ready kitchen and provides tables and chairs for your convenience. We offer room setup tailored to your specifications at no extra charge. Additionally, our stage measures 20 feet wide at the front, 16.5 feet wide at the back, and 10 feet deep, making it ideal for any event. Explore our gardens, grounds, patio, and stage to find the perfect setting for your event.

Venue Rental Rates & Payment Details

Saturday Only

Our rental options are designed to fit a variety of needs. A Saturday rental is $2,000. At the time of contract signing, half of the rent is due ($1,000), with the balance of $1,500 (including a $500 security deposit) is due one month before the event.

Friday and Saturday

We also offer a special discount package that includes a half-day Friday rental beginning at 2:00 p.m. combined with an all-day Saturday rental for $2,700. At signing, $1,350 is due, with the balance of $1,850 (including a $500 security deposit) is due one month before the event.

Friday or Sunday

For those interested in a Friday or Sunday rental, the cost is $1,640. The amount due at signing is $820, with the balance of $1,320 (including a $500 security deposit) is due one month before the event.

Monday – Thursday

Rentals from Monday through Thursday are $1,400. At signing, $700 is due, and the balance of $1,200 (including a $500 security deposit) is due one month prior to the event.

All rentals are available from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card (subject to a service fee). Please note: Debit cards are not accepted as they add to our costs.

Rental Terms

One half of the rental fee is due upon signing the contract to hold the desired date. Please note that this rental fee is non-refundable. The balance is due one month before the rental date along with a security deposit of $500. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after the event if the facility is undamaged and there are no contract violations. Alcohol may be served at your event, but selling alcohol requires a liquor license.
