Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests standing or 150 guests with table seating. It features a catering-ready kitchen and provides tables and chairs for your convenience. We offer room setup tailored to your specifications at no extra charge. Additionally, our stage measures 20 feet wide at the front, 16.5 feet wide at the back, and 10 feet deep, making it ideal for any event. Venue Rental Rates & Payment Details
Our rental options are designed to fit a variety of needs. A Saturday rental is $2,000 plus $70 tax, for a total of $2,070. At the time of contract signing, half of the rent and half of the tax are due ($1,035), with the balance of $1,535 due one month before the event, which includes the remaining rent, tax, and a $500 security deposit.
We also offer a special discount package that includes a half-day Friday rental beginning at 2:00 p.m. combined with an all-day Saturday rental for $2,700 plus $95 tax, totaling $2,795. At signing, $1,398 is due, with the balance of $1,897 (including the security deposit) due one month before the event.
For those interested in a Friday or Sunday rental, the cost is $1,640 plus $58 tax, for a total of $1,698. The amount due at signing is $849, with the balance of $1,349 (including the security deposit) due one month before the event.
Rentals from Monday through Thursday are $1,400 plus $49 tax, totaling $1,449. At signing, $725 is due, and the balance of $1,224 (including the security deposit) is due one month prior to the event.
All rentals are available from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card (with an added service fee). Please note that debit cards are not accepted, as they add to our costs.
Rental Terms
A security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned within 30 days if the facility is undamaged and there are no contract violations. One half of the rental fee is due upon signing the contract, with the remaining balance due one month before the rental date. Please note that this rental fee is non-refundable. Alcohol may be served at your event, but selling alcohol requires a liquor license.
